The View [organisation] Settings page shows a summary of most of the settings that we can enable.
You can also see details about other features of DutySheet that you may not be using yet.
📌Note: Terminology such as PDR, PDP, and Officer might be different for your organisation.
To see more information about a feature, point to it with your cursor and a short description appears.
To turn a feature on or off, or if you need more information, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and provide us with as many details as possible so we can investigate and assist.
Historical monthly users figures
At the bottom of the page you'll see a current and historical breakdown of the numbers of users your organisation has.
The users are broken down by charge levels and the top row shows the number of current users.
All other figures are snapshots taken on the first of each month and include all users who aren't resigned.
SMS credits history
This table shows the number of SMS credits your organisation has purchased, how many have been used, and the current balance.
