We have a wide variety of activity logs available to show you what a user has been doing on DutySheet for a selected timeframe.
Click the Logs link next to a user to see what's available.
These logs include:
Actions performed by the user.
Actions performed on user's account.
System actions on user's account.
Access logs.
Telephone logs.
Login message acknowledgements.
You can find more details about each of these log types in the sections below!
Actions performed by the user
This log type shows all the activity the selected user has done in DutySheet, and who they did it to.
If the user has done something to their own account, the Performed On column will show the user's details.
If the user has done something to another user's account, the Performed On column will show the details of the other user.
Actions performed on user's account
This section shows all of the actions performed on the user's account.
For example, if a supervisor entered a duty for the user, this log will display the date and time of the entry, and who did it.
System actions on user's account
This section shows what actions we've automatically done to the user's account.
For example, if the user forgot to book off duty, and we book them off automatically, that action will appear here.
Access logs
This section shows the dates and times that the user has logged into DutySheet, in descending order.
Account Views
This section shows all the view actions on the user's record by other users, showing the date and time, which user actioned this and by which method.
Account Viewed
This section shows all the view actions the user has performed on other users, showing the date and time, which user actioned this and by which method.
Telephone logs
If the user has used the telephone system to book on, book off, or cancel their duty, those entries show here.
You'll also see the keys the user pressed during the telephone call, but the user's PIN is replaced by a number of X's.
Login message acknowledgements
If your organisation uses login messages, each acknowledgement that the user performs, including date, time, and frequency, displays in this section.
Click View to see the details of the login message that the user acknowledged.
