You can see a summary of user details including upcoming duties, event invitations, and rank history, by clicking Details from the user profile.
You'll see:
Upcoming duties: Any upcoming duties for the user.
Event invitations: Shows details including how many events a user has been invited to, and how many they have accepted, rejected, or not responded to.
Rank History: Shows the user's full rank history since they started using DutySheet. This shows a full audit of any rank changes.
Notes
If your organisation has User Notes enabled, and you've got the correct permissions, you can view notes that supervisors have made against users, and add new ones.
📌 Note: Users can't see the notes against them, but take care about what you put in the notes and remember data protection laws.
Notes are not meant to store contact details of users.
Click X next to the note to delete any notes you've entered.
⚠️ Warning: Deleted notes can still be audited by DutySheet staff.
