Book off duty using the telephone

This article explains how to book off a duty or shift using the DutySheet telephone system, including how to confirm your FIN and PIN and update your duty statistics afterwards.

You can book off your duty or shift by telephoning the number for your force, and going through the menu on the phone system:

  1. Dial the number for your force.

  2. If you are calling from a number you have listed in your My Details section, your FIN is automatically identified.

    • If your FIN is correct, press 1 on your keypad.

    • If your FIN isn't correct, press 2 on your keypad, enter your FIN using the keypad, and then press 1.

  3. Enter your PIN and press #.

  4. Press 2 on your keypad to book off. You'll hear confirmation that you've booked off.

  5. Hang up.

📌 Note: Once you've booked off using the phone system, you'll need to update your duty statistics when you next log in to DutySheet.
