You can book on your duty or shift by telephoning the number for your force, and going through the menu on the phone system:
Dial the number for your force.
If you are calling from a number you have listed in your My Details section, your FIN is automatically identified.
If your FIN is correct, press 1 on your keypad.
If your FIN isn't correct, press 2 on your keypad, enter your FIN using the keypad, and then press 1.
Enter your PIN and press #.
Press 1 on your keypad to book on.
Enter the day.
0 is Sunday, 1 is Monday, etc.
Enter the start time for your proposed duty in hours and minutes, using the 24 hour format.
Listen for the confirmation message that your duty is booked.
Hang up.
đ Note: You can only book duties one week in advance when you using the phone system.
