My Team - Duties

Follow these steps to view your team's duties or create a new duty for your team.

You can view past duties, modify past duties, and create duties for members of your team from the Duties page in the My Team section.

View past duties

  1. Click My Team and then click Duties.

    • A list of users you supervise appears.

  2. Next to the relevant user you want to view and edit, click View.

  3. To modify the duty, click the cog image.png icon to edit, and the cross image.png icon to delete.

📌 Note: You can't modify or delete events or training duties.

Under the upcoming duties is a monthly summary of the user for the current year.

To see previous years, use the arrows next to the displayed year.

  • A red background means that the user hasn't completed any duties that month.

  • A yellow background means that the user hasn't reached the minimum required duty hours for that month.

  • A green background means that the user has reached the minimum required duty hours for that month.

If you want to see a breakdown of duties for the user, select the relevant date ranges. By default, the dates for the previous calendar month appear. Modify these dates and click View Report.


Modify or delete past duties

In the Breakdown of Duties table, you can edit or delete a past duty using the Actions column.

⚠️ Important: If you delete a past duty which was part of an event, the officer will show as not having attended the event.

  1. Click the cog image.png icon to edit the duty, and the bin image.png icon to delete the duty.

  2. If you click on the cog, you can edit the duty start and end times, duty type, completed processes, and any other details, such as expenses, that may be specific to your force.

  3. If you click on the bin, you'll need to confirm the deletion.

🤓 Tip: If your force uses the Expenses module, and officers can submit mileage claims, you can also modify an officer's mileage claims from the Edit Duty page.


Create a new duty

⚠️ Warning: You can't create overlapping duties, regardless of whether you're booking an upcoming or retrospective duty.

  1. Find a user on the My Team - Duties page.

  2. Click New to create a new duty for that user.

    • You can either create an upcoming duty, or enter a retrospective duty.

If you enter a retrospective duty for the user, then the duty appears as a duty the user has to update as normal.

You can't provide any stats, KPIs, or mileage details for the user until they have updated their duty.
