This page shows you a list of completed PDP’s for users whom you manage.

You can view the complete PDP, including notes and history.

If you have been given permission to do so as PDP Authoriser, you also have the ability to download and print the appropriate certificate and to also print the front sheet.

When a PDP is created by the PDP Administrator, they have the ability to choose the appropriate certificate template for the PDP.

The templates can only be created and made available for use by DutySheet staff.

If you feel that the Certificate needs modification, please contact the DutySheet Administrator for your organisation who can contact us.

This allows you to print a printer-friendly overview of the user's PDP. It includes user details including their supervisors, details of the PDP along with its full history and notes.

This printout is designed to be included in a user's physical file.

This "PDP Administrator" only permission allows Administrators to remove the authorisation for a PDP completion and assigned it to the Administrator for their view.

They are then able to return it back to the user or submit it to another supervisor for their review.
