You can add, edit, or delete custom date fields in DutySheet if you have administrator access.
Add a new custom date field
Click Custom Date Management in the administrators section of the supervisors menu.
At the top of the page, fill in the details for your new custom date field.
Decide if users should be able to modify this field themselves, or if updates must be made by a supervisor.
Select whether the custom date refers to a start or end date in the past.
Most organisations use the Date Only option.
Click Add New Date Field.
Edit or delete a custom date field
Click the cog icon next to the date field you want to update.
Make your required changes in the form.
To save your changes, click Edit Date Field at the bottom.
Options for managing custom date fields
You can hide a custom date field so users and supervisors can no longer view or edit it.
To delete a custom date field, select all three tick boxes in the delete row, then click Edit Date Field at the bottom.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting a custom date field will permanently remove all related information stored against your users in DutySheet. This action cannot be undone.
