If you've forgotten your password or your account is locked out due to too many log in attempts, you can try one of the following:
Use the self-help password reset from the login page.
You can only reset Police systems with an email to a Police email address.
Contact your direct line supervisor or an administrator listed on the Help page who can reset your password for you.
Administrators can also reach out to our Support team and we will reset it for you.
Please don't call DutySheet support directly to have your password reset, as we can't do that for security reasons.
📌 Note: We can only accept password reset requests from your police email addresses. Any requests from non-police accounts will be ignored.
How does a user's account get locked?
A user's account is locked automatically for one of two reasons:
Due to inactivity, after a three month period of not logging in a user's account will be locked.
Due to incorrect password attempts, when a user's password is entered incorrectly 5 times in a row the account will be locked.
A user's account cannot be manually locked.
