The executive overview report updates every night and gives supervisors an overview of your organisation.
We use our Reporting Server to generate the figures, so you can easily browse from year to year without waiting too long for the numbers to generate.
Use the year browser to select the year you want to view.
To switch to viewing financial years, from April to March, rather than by calendar year, click Switch to Financial Years.
To switch back to calendar years, click Switch to Calendar Years.
📌 Note: This report is a non-personal report, meaning that you can set your viewing preferences so you can see the whole organisation if needed.
By default, you'll only see the figures for your original location. To set your preferences at the top of the report, click the link Please click here to set your viewing preferences.
In the headers, you'll find a description and update frequency for each report.
🤓 Tip: The figures in the reports don't include users who hold Non-SC or Non-Volunteer ranks, as determined by your organisation's DutySheet administrators.
The Process (KPI) Statistics report contains the amount and duration that your users have performed selected KPIs. Your DutySheet administrators can select which KPIs are included in the executive overview.
