If your organisation uses the 'Expenses by officer' module, you can view that report by going to the Supervisors section and clicking Expenses by Officer in the Expense Management section.
The 'Expenses by officer' report shows you all of the people in your team who can use the expenses system.
To apply filters to the report, click Apply Filters in the top right corner.
To manage an individual's expenses, next to the relevant person, click Expenses in the Action column.
This opens a page where you can apply filters to the individual's expenses.
Select individuals, or multiple people, by selecting the checkboxes in the Select column of the table.
You can then use the buttons at the bottom of the page to perform certain actions on the selected people.
