Two-step authentication

This article explains how to complete two-step authentication when logging in to DutySheet, including how to receive and enter verification codes and remember a trusted device.

Written by Cristiana Ghinea

When you log in to DutySheet for the first time, or from a new browser, you get a verification code via email, SMS, or if you've got the DutySheet mobile app installed, via push notification.

Two-step authentication acts as an additional layer of security, helping make sure people can't access accounts they aren't meant to.

📌 Note: You need to enter at least one contact method in the My Details section so that we can send you your two-step authentication codes.

If you don't have access to the code, such as losing your mobile phone, contact your direct supervisor or DutySheet support.

  • On the log in page, after entering your log in details, enter the most recent code we sent you, within ten minutes of getting it.

🤓 Tip: If you're using a trusted browser, such as the one on your own secure computer or device, check Remember this computer to save your credentials for 30 days. This means you won't need to go through the two-step process for the next 30 days.
