DutySheet has a simple but effective way for you to create, track, review, and complete PDR or CPD for your officers.

📌 Note: Types of plans and their names may vary from organisation to organisation.

If you're a supervisor, you can:

  • Enter annual checkpoint details.

  • Place an officer on a development plan.

  • Place an officer on an improvement plan.

Click My Team's PDR/CPD and you'll see a list of the officers on your team, their PDR status, review due dates, and CheckPoint due dates.

If the date has a red background, it's expired.
If the date has a yellow background, it's coming up in the next 30 days.

On the page, you can:

  • Enter new CheckPoints.

  • Create a plan.

  • Review a plan, if there's an active one.

  • Complete a plan, if there's an active one.

  • View an officer's PDR history.
